London, UK Are you aiming to work for a global leader in renewable energy and tackle some of the industry’s most demanding and intricate energy infrastructure projects? Responsibilities: Build Teams and Leadership: Build and grow the local teams, covering offshore wind industry local supply chain and business opportunity creating.Mobilize, coach, and oversee the extended UK local team.Meanwhile, keep communicating with our HQ Offshore Wind Supply Chain Development : Creating/Exploring/Maintaining key relationships with subcontractor and local partners. Close dialogue to ensure understanding of the project and government and local council requirements to construct offshore wind farm, in UK and EU region. Local developing and managing supply chain for OEM, including O&M Partner/ Installation Vessel/ Service Vessel/ Crane and so on Investment Project Management : Manage the manufactory investment project process in UK throughout the design/ Pre application/ applying/ Negotiating/ and constructing stages Strategic external stakeholder Relationship Management: Establishing strategic relationships with stakeholder and third-party bodies within the UK renewable energy,including DESNZ, DBT, Scottish Enterprise, HIE to develop & construct business investment projects Qualifications: Passion for Green Transition : You are passionate about selling infrastructure projects for the green transition and have experience in developing and implementing advanced renewable energy especially on offshore wind strategies. Fully Experienced : 15years in the industry experience is a prerequisite Relevant Educational Background : You have an educational background with a relevant degree in business, or finance. Business Understanding : You have a great business understanding with experience managing complex projects, customers, and government. Motivation and Team Orientation : You are highly motivated, team-oriented, and result-driven. Global Corporate Experience : You can work within a matrix corporate structure in a global environment.
