We are looking for a Site Manager to take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of a utility-scale solar PV project on behalf of the EPC contractor. This is a key delivery role with direct responsibility for HSE, subcontractor performance, programme, and quality. The Site Manager will be a named key person and will interface closely with the client, subcontractors, and internal project management teams.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for site delivery, safety, and quality
- Manage all subcontractors across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Lead site HSE performance and enforce zero-harm culture
- Drive programme delivery in line with project milestones
- Chair site meetings and coordinate daily activities
- Interface with the client, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate site reporting and documentation
- Lead inspections, snagging, and handover activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Site Manager on utility-scale solar projects
- Strong EPC or principal contractor background
- Excellent HSE, leadership, and contractor management skills
