  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
  • Advising clients on hiring strategy and market trends.
  • Headhunting high-quality candidates across specialist industries.
  • Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes through to completion.
  • Building a sustainable pipeline of clients, candidates and future opportunities.
