A leading global energy company is seeking an HSE Client Representative to oversee Health and Safety compliance across a 50MW Solar PV project located near Exeter. The role will support the client by ensuring contractors comply with site standards, legislation and industry best practice throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review contractor HSE performance on-site
- Conduct inspections, audits and toolbox reviews
- Support incident reporting, corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Review RAMS, safety documentation and ensure legal compliance
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout delivery
Requirements
- Experience in HSE roles on large-scale Solar or similar construction projects
- Knowledge of EPC and ICP delivery environments
- Strong understanding of UK construction HSE standards and frameworks
- Ability to act as client-side representative while working closely with contractors
