The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced 66kV WTG Senior Authorised Person to support offshore wind operations, taking full responsibility for Safety from the System on WTG assets.
You will be carrying out all duties associated with being a WTG SAP, including issuing safety documentation, controlling isolations, and supporting commissioning, operations and maintenance activities on 66kV systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as 66kV WTG SAP ensuring SFTS at all times
- Issuing and cancelling safety documents
- Managing isolations, earthing and switching on WTG systems
- Supporting commissioning, fault finding and planned outages
- Liaising with site teams, control rooms and project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous authorisation as a 66kV WTG SAP
- Strong offshore wind background
- Solid understanding of electrical safety rules and procedures
- Proven experience working on wind turbine HV systems
- 8vm1 training to be provided
Logistics:
- 2/2 rotation
- Start date to be confirmed
- Day rate, outside IR35
- Offshore wind farm
- 18 month contract
