Site Manager – Solar PV – Renewable Energy – Multiple Projects across England – 12 Month Contract Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering Solar PV projects? Would you like to work on behalf of one Europe’s leading renewable energy companies? If so, please read below. As the Site Manager working on behalf of one of Europe’s leading IPP’s you will be responsible for the full construction delivery by coordinating all works and managing the sub contractors on site. Role & Responsibilities: Oversee on-site activities, manage sub contractors and personnel, enforce Health & Safety compliance and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Collaborate with design, engineering and client teams; resolve on-site issues and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Ensure all work meets project specifications and standards through inspections, testing and quality control measures. Organise material deliveries, allocate resources efficiently and maintain site access and operational continuity. Manage permits, licenses and environmental safeguards while ensuring alignment with UK construction and environmental regulations. Prepare for final inspections, oversee commissioning, maintain accurate as-built documentation and ensure smooth project handover. Skills And Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Construction Management, with a proven tracker record of managing complex EPC projects. Experience in Renewable Energy projects Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications. Effective verbal and written communication skills, being able to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. Clear understanding and knowledge of HSE. Proficiency in control and compliance. Effective progress tracking and reporting abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
