Chief Executive Officer- UK

As CEO, you will take full ownership of strategic leadership, aligning business operations with long-term goals globally. You will lead a diverse team, strengthen internal cohesion, and build lasting relationships with external stakeholders including investors, clients, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear, growth-focused strategy across the company globally.
• Lead the senior management team with vision, integrity, and accountability.
• Drive financial performance and revenue growth, with a focus on expanding market share and service capabilities.
• Engage and influence key stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, regulatory bodies, and partners.
• Create a performance-driven culture that champions innovation, safety, and operational excellence.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships to support long-term sustainability and profitability.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a senior leadership position within renewable energy.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at board level and externally with key clients and investors.
• Strong understanding of both onshore and offshore wind service markets.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
• A credible, engaging communicator able to inspire confidence internally and externally.
