This is a full-time role for a Building and Maintenance Contract Manager based in Glasgow, primarily on sites across Scotland. The Contract Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients
- Managing contracts
