The predicted salary is between 15000 - 20000 £ per year.

We're searching for a confident candidate who can communicate well with others and has a positive, outgoing can do attitude!

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, with two progression routes available within our Clients growing company.

What would your role entail?

To begin with, you'd be enrolled into a in-house training course on how to Research and Network across Business / Social Medias (and other methods).

You would be tasked with Researching, data-basing and collecting information on prospective candidates.

Once you find a suitable person you'd collect their details and schedule a call between them and your manager.

Once you've mastered the above you'd be given two options of progression.

  • Option one would be the transition into a 180 Recruitment Researcher / Administrator
  • Option two would be the transition into a 360 Recruitment Consultant

Both positions have progression up to Management level, for the very ambitious there is also further progression opportunities.

  • Apprentice Researcher / Administrator main duties (but not only)
  • Make use of our in-house CV database & Business media's such as Linked In
  • Researching, Identifying & database targets for existing or future positions our clients have
  • General desk related administration
  • Uploading and advertising positions available / Social media
  • Use of Excel & Word, e. g. creating Job Descriptions
  • Networking on business media's
  • Building the database / updating existing files

Working Hours

9.00pm - 5.00pm (Flexibility on working hours available or a 4 day working week)

  • If you do not have GCSEs at grades A*-C (or equivalent) in maths and English, we will support you to achieve functional skills in these subjects during your programme.
