Overview:
This role involves working with a variety of equipment – walk‑behinds, ride‑on mowers, turf equipment, sprayers/spreaders, and rakes – both in the workshop and at customer premises.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on machinery in‑house and on‑site.
- Conduct pre‑delivery set‑up for new or used equipment.
- Complete job‑related administration and reports (job cards, DTAC, timesheets, etc.).
- Maintain a tidy and organised workstation.
- Carry out vehicle diagnostics.
- Follow company health & safety rules.
- Undertake training.
- Mentor apprentices.
- Use IT confidently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid vehicle driving licence.
