Basic Salary: £35,000 basic plus bonuses OTE £60,000

Objectives:
- Manage the Van Sales team to ensure achievement of set sales targets.
- Control of incoming enquiries to the site.
- Reporting into the Van Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that van sales team are achieving and exceeding set targets in terms of volume and Finance penetration.
- Adhere to and monitor FCA compliance and update regulatory status on a monthly basis.
- To process key sales KPI statistics to Van Sales Director.
- Review demo utilisation and report on a weekly basis.
- Extract sales performance and sales funnel reporting from Enquiry/CRM systems, including focus on test drive activity and to communicate in a structured format on a weekly basis.
- Sales Channel reporting accuracy to complete monthly exception reporting in conjunction with Sales Management team.
- Monitor overage stock and maturing contracts.
- Ensure that the sales site displays a professional image for visiting customers and prospects.
- Responsible for potential issues of discipline within the van sales team in conjunction with Human Resources.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maximising the profitability of the Van Sales Team to ensure volume targets are met.
- Work with Van Sales Director to meet and exceed Company and manufacturer sales targets.
- Achieve optimal utilization of the market, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department in accordance with the company objectives.
- Monthly documented staff reviews and PDP’s.
The Successful Individual:
- Will have motor trade managerial experience
- Preferably van/light commercial, however a back in car sales team management is welcome.
