Our client, a reputable and expanding commercial vehicle dealership is recruiting for a Sales Support Executive – (Sales Administrator) to assist with van sales department.
Objectives:
- Assist and enhance the functionality of the Van Sales department, both to enable an increase in order take, profitability and efficiencies
Reporting to the Van Sales Manager and Van Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Sales function by completing Finance Proposals, assisting with checks and associated admin including requesting IDs and extra documentation from our customers.
- Liaise with our Finance Companies to manage the payout process efficiently and inline with Registration and Delivery Expectations.
- Support the Van Sales Manager with all Internal Sales, House and Fleet accounts plus provide additional support to the Sales Management team when required.
- Assist the Sales Management Team with ongoing Compliance Audits.
- Ensure that Sales, Vehicle Progress and Sales Support teams are updated on customer/finance company conversations or any updates via email communication and/or the use of the dealer systems.
- Work with the Sales Management team in the Daily recording of ALL enquiries and ensure their accuracy.
- Assist with the Maintenance and Accuracy of the Online Showroom.
- Ensure the activation and accurate recording of all sold Service Care Contracts plus report on the unsold Opportunity.
- Conduct regular Demo Log Audits ensuring we are compliant and adhering to the internal Demo vehicle process.
- Ongoing internal departmental communication to ensure all round customer experience and business efficiencies.
- To receive and welcome visiting customers/suppliers at the dealership in a professional and courteous manner.
Knowledge and Experience:
- The ideal candidate would have the ability to follow process whilst working under pressure, have a proficient understanding of a Dealerweb CRM system or similar and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Motor Trade experience is essential.
