The predicted salary is between 38000 - 44000 £ per year.

OTE – up to £44,000.00 per annum

  • Basic Salary up to £38,000.00 depending on your experience to date
  • Basic hours are 42.5 per week Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday mornings may be required paid at 1.5

Our client is a leading supplier of commercial vehicle parts within the Heathrow area. Due to internal promotion, they are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Parts Manager to join our busy Heathrow Parts Team.

For this exciting and rarely available role, you must possess previous parts experience within the commercial vehicle industry, proven experience in parts sales management or a senior parts advisor role, preferably within a commercial vehicle or truck dealership environment. You must possess solid knowledge of parts supply and sales for commercial vehicle brands (experience with MAN, Isuzu or VW Vans is highly advantageous).

The Role:

  • Working with world renowned brands.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and coaching the Parts Advisors to achieve and exceed all parts sales, profit and performance targets for all of our brands.
  • With a mixture of promotions, coaching and upselling initiatives, this role is key to the success of the Parts Team and strongly supports our Parts Manager.
  • Aside from knowing your parts, you will also need great people skills. The ability to work with key stakeholders both internal and external is key to the success of this role.

  • Strong sales focus with a proven ability to lead a team to exceed targets.
  • Good analytical ability to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
