Excellent opportunity for an experienced and confident Senior Creative professional to join our client in their Belfast team. This is a fantastic opening to work with the Global Head of Marketing, managing music release projects and supporting performance and creative projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident and comfortable managing many moving parts to ensure projects run smoothly.
Role and responsibilities
- Act as key contact for the UK and Europe based activity
- Support and lead on new release projects, including associated marketing and PR activity
- Coordinate artwork, merchandise and creative assets
- Work closely with creative partners through release process
- Update senior management regularly with concise and accurate reporting
- Collate sales figures weekly/monthly
- Prepare regular marketing summaries and forward planning
- Assist with contracting and admin processes
- Support press and promotional activity, maximising opportunities
- Support budget oversight
- Assist with online marketing initiatives (websites, digital campaigns)
- Other general admin duties/support as required in the team
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a marketing or marketing support role
- Flexible and adaptable in fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Creative and experienced in managing projects from concept to delivery
- Experience with social media
- Interest in music/arts/entertainment
- Excellent in person/telephone skills
