We are proud to be working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Transport Administrator (Nights) to be based on site in Slough.
What does the role involve?
- Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site.
- Managing the in-house systems and databases.
- Liaising and communicating with others within the Customers on the phone.
- Managing and maintaining office files.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
- Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
- Assisting the department to ensure that from a documentation perspective the department is compliant.
Your Experience
- Experience within a Transport Department is essential.
- Can multi-task and prioritise duties.
- Strong IT experience (Excel and Word).
The Return
In return, our client is offering fantastic company benefits and a salary of between Β£34,000 - Β£36,000.
