We are proud to be working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Service Advisor to be based within their Automotive Workshop.

What does the role involve?

  • As a Service Advisor you will provide clients with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and again for servicing, MOT and repairs.
  • Provide the customers all the necessary information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.
  • Liaising with the service department to ensure that the customer receives the optimum level of customer service at all times.
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop.
  • Resolving any queries that customers may have.

Your Experience

  • Experience of working within a similar role within a Dealership or Vehicle Service environment would be desirable.
  • Good Communication & Computer skills would be advantageous.
