Service Advisor

We are proud to working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Service Advisor to be based within their Automotive Workshop\\n\\nWhat does the role involve?\\n\\n * As a Service Advisor you will provide clients with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and again for servicing, MOT and repairs.\\n\\n * Provide the customers all the necessary information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.\\n\\n * Liaising with the service department to ensure that the customer receive the optimum level of customer service at all times\\n\\n * Booking vehicles into the workshop\\n\\n * Resolving any queries that customers may well have\\n\\nYour Experience\\n\\n * Experience of working within a similar role within a Dealership or Vehicle Service environment would be desirable\\n\\n * Good Communication & Computer skills would be advantageous\\n\\nThe Return\\n\\nIn Return our client is offering fantastic company Benefits and salary of £32000 – £35000 per Annum\\n\\nIf you are interested, please send you CV Immediately!\\n\\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\\n\\nWork Location: In person
