What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing used car sales team
- Driving sales performance through strong leadership and daily coaching
- Supporting both telephone and face-to-face sales activity
- Ensuring customers receive a first-class buying experience
- Monitoring performance, managing targets and maximising profitability
- Working closely with senior management to push the business forward
