Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well established National organisation with their search for an experienced Fleet Manager to join their busy facility in Birmingham.
Responsibilities will include:
- To be self-motivated, plan and exceed service delivery expectations and manage the resources required for the department.
- Management of Fleet and all compliance issues within the fleet.
- Ensure all accident and damage reports are investigated and costs attributed correctly in conjunction with accounts invoicing.
- Ensure that all necessary reports, documents, schedules and diaries are maintained.
- Plan and action all movements in conjunction with Operations Distribution office Team.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all site health compliance policy.
- Ensure drivers hours are maximised but not exceeded, including accurate timesheet management.
- Ensure continuous legal management of drivers hours.
