Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client – a well-established organisation within the Bodyshop industry with their search for a Bodyshop Manager to join their fantastic team within thier site in Walton On thames
THE ROLE:
- Greet the workshop team and delegate
- Email daily on-site list ready for Group Bodyshop Production Manager
- Give the CSA list of cars due out of the Bodyshop for the day
- Give estimated completion dates to CSA
- Check parts ordered for the jobs are correct and undamaged
- Maintain efficient communications within the business, to maintain morale
- Ensures safety equipment is being adequately used to ensure 100% compliance
THE CANDIDATE
- Experience in leading, managing and developing teams.
- Experience within the Bodyshop sector is essential
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Good Organisational Skills.
- An approachable personality
- Ability to focus efforts and prioritise work
- Attention to detail
- Client facing experience being able to manage client expectation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
