Midlands & North Due to continuing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team to drive growth and increase market share in GB, focusing on M & E contractors selling into the residential market. If you are seeking a rewarding career offering a competitive salary with company car, in a business that prides itself on providing comprehensive training, opportunities for personal growth, plus flexible working arrangements and you meet the essential criteria below then this is the role for you. · Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the M&E / Residential markets · Understanding of ventilation systems, HVAC products, or mechanical engineering principles. · Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, manage long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets. · Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales process. · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
