Area Sales Surveyor – Heritage / Renovation

Are you interested in Heritage properties and the restoration of historical buildings? Do you have a hands on carpentry background? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in the timber repair market.
This is not a hard sell! It is a consultative role surveying pre‑war, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian properties and quoting for restoration and repair projects. The skill of the role is to build trust and credibility with the owners or estates managers without pressuring them for a decision. This is a long sales cycle that requires a patient approach.
You must be able to scope jobs and ideally have some experience in the fenestration market.
Compensation & Benefits
- £35,000 – £45,000 basic
