We are a growing B2B energy consultancy looking to recruit ambitious Lead Generators to join our high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for outbound cold calling small to medium-sized businesses across the UK, identifying opportunities, and helping clients secure competitive energy contracts tailored to their needs. This is a target-driven role suited to individuals who enjoy sales, building relationships, and earning uncapped commission.
Duties
- Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK (B2B)
- Consult with businesses to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with experienced consultants to generate opportunities, with commission shared equally between you both.
- Liaise with energy providers to ensure accurate account information.
- Maintain client data.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets around calls, opportunities, and revenue.
What Weβre Looking For
