We are a fast-growing, premium food catering company founded by a renowned London chef. Known for delivering Michelin-star level food at scale, we cater some of the most prestigious events in the UK — from international sporting events and Grand Prix hospitality to luxury private parties and high-profile brand experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and position the business at the very top of the catering and events market.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of sales performance. You’ll work closely with the founder and senior team to translate a world-class culinary offering into a clear, compelling commercial proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy across corporate, private, and large-scale events
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners
  • Drive new business across premium and international events
  • Oversee proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to ensure flawless delivery
  • Manage pipelines, forecasting, and sales reporting
