Technical Sales Engineer – Southampton Are you a technically minded professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving growth? We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager who can combine engineering insight with commercial drive to help us grow our client base. As a Technical Sales Manager , you’ll act as the bridge between our engineering team and our customers — understanding complex technical requirements, offering tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients across high-performance industries. Develop and manage new business opportunities within the aerospace and industrial sectors. · Maintain and grow key accounts through regular communication and solution updates. · Collaborate with engineering/project management teams to ensure project feasibility and accurate scoping. · Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy. Experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles. · Self-starter attitude with commercial awareness and negotiation skills. · Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events (UK and international) Working Hours – Monday to Thursday 8-30am to 5-15pm and Friday 8-30am to 1-00 pm. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
