This is an exciting opportunity to join our Intelligence team within the Retail and CPG sectors. Their team enable some of the largest global brands to spend less and sell more, by ensuring they invest the right resources in the right locations at the right time. Whether this is through value‑driven software solutions or professional consultancy services that deliver measurable change anywhere in the world. Their clients are household names and include the likes of Unilever, B&Q, Nike, Ralph Lauren, DFS and many more.
Responsibilities:- Which stores have the greatest sales uplift opportunity for my products?
- What products should I sell in each store?
- What field actions deliver the greatest results to the business, and how can I do more of them?
- What is the optimal size and structure of my store, concession and wholesale network?
- How can we provide excellent in‑store execution and focus resource on high‑value, high‑potential stores?
- How do my physical assets influence digital channels, how should this be considered in my overall strategy?
- How do we use data to continuously review, learn and optimise our actions to deliver bottom line growth through sales uplift and cost‑savings?
- Results driven with a professional approach to business development and a successful track record
- Commercially confident
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Confident in defining solutions and mapping them to business goals
- Ability to lead multi‑disciplined teams
- Good understanding of all Microsoft Office products
Ideally you will also have experience of working in the Retail or FMCG/CPG sectors would be of benefit although not essential.
