About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Professional to join our growing team, specialising in roofing and cladding solutions. This is a field-based role focused on developing and managing relationships with contractors across Scotland, driving specification and sales of high-quality building envelope systems. This territory represents the most successful and lucrative regions in the UK, offering significant earning potential for the right individual due to strong demand, established relationships, and a robust project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture relationships with roofing and cladding contractors across Scotland
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of contractor accounts
- Promote a range of roofing and cladding systems, ensuring strong product understanding
- Identify project opportunities early in the pipeline and secure specifications
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients
- Work closely with internal technical and estimating teams to support project delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
About You
- Proven experience in a field sales role within construction, ideally roofing, cladding, or building envelope products
- Strong network within contractor markets in Scotland
- Commercially astute with a track record of winning business
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a territory effectively
- Full UK driving licence
