We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in our AI-powered telematics and smart dashcam solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business and expanding relationships across fleet operators, insurers, haulage firms, and courier companies.

You’ll be selling cutting-edge technology that combines real-time vehicle data, AI video analytics, and risk reduction tools—helping clients improve safety, reduce costs, and gain operational visibility.

  • Identify, target, and win new business across fleet, insurance, logistics, and courier sectors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound activity, networking, and referrals
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing AI-driven telematics and video capabilities
  • Understand client challenges (risk, compliance, claims, driver behaviour) and position tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes

Proven track record in B2B sales (telematics, SaaS, fleet solutions, or insurance technology preferred). Experience selling into fleet operators, insurers, or transport/logistics companies. Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms.
