About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in our AI-powered telematics and smart dashcam solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business and expanding relationships across fleet operators, insurers, haulage firms, and courier companies. You’ll be selling cutting-edge technology that combines real-time vehicle data, AI video analytics, and risk reduction tools—helping clients improve safety, reduce costs, and gain operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new business across fleet, insurance, logistics, and courier sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound activity, networking, and referrals
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing AI-driven telematics and video capabilities
- Understand client challenges (risk, compliance, claims, driver behaviour) and position tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging and solution fit
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
