Are you a driven sales professional with experience in the heating, plumbing, or building products sector? We're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a portfolio of leading boilers and domestic appliances.

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with both merchant partners and installers, ensuring stock availability, and market share growth across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with independent and national merchants.
  • Increase sales and market share of boilers and domestic appliances within your territory.
  • Build strong partnerships with plumbing and heating installers, contractors, and engineers.
  • Deliver product training, promotional activities, and sales presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
  • Work closely with merchant branches to maximise stock levels and customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives.
