Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in London)
Job Description
Outcomes Based Healthcare (OBH) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of one of the NHS’s most impactful population health tools — the National Segmentation Dataset. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare analytics at a national level, translating client needs into strategic product direction and delivering value across the health system.
As Product Owner, you will act as a crucial bridge between NHS partners and OBH’s multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the Segmentation Dataset remains clinically meaningful, technically robust, and aligned to the evolving needs of population health management. You will take ownership of the product roadmap, manage priorities, and guide the dataset’s development through all stages of the product lifecycle — from vision to delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in healthcare product ownership or management, with strong familiarity with NHS data and systems. You will have a background in healthcare analytics or informatics, a sound understanding of population health policy, and a proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable priorities.
What We Offer
At OBH, you will join a purpose-led organisation committed to transforming health systems through the power of data. Our collaborative team of clinicians, public health experts, analysts and engineers operates within a four-day working week model, supported by private healthcare, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
To apply, please submit a full CV and a personal statement (no more than two A4 pages) outlining your interest in the role and the experience you would bring.
