Job Description
Hunter Healthcare is working in partnership with a collaborative NHS organisation seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the delivery of complex, data-driven projects within an acute care setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by enabling effective Agile delivery across data programmes including data warehousing, analytics, and platform builds. You’ll play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, unblocking delivery, managing sprint velocity, and driving continuous improvement across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth delivery
- Identify and remove delivery blockers
- Maintain and monitor sprint health and team velocity
- Drive continuous improvement across Agile practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master delivering data-focused projects
