As an Associate Relationship Manager in our Digital Team, you are responsible for delivering profitable personal revenue in line with your budget, while offering first-class candidate and client service and successfully filling senior, permanent roles for clients. You will develop and nurture active client accounts while generating new business opportunities for your own desk, as well as for the wider business through cross-selling and account management.
Key Accountabilities
- + Achieving your monthly, quarterly & annual sales performance budget.
- + Accurately tracking sales, client & candidate activity on Bullhorn to evidence strong & consistent CRM adoption to support business & financial analysis.
- + Taking ownership for the prediction of any budget downturns & effectively providing solutions
Delivering exceptional levels of client & candidate service
- + Raising the bar in delivering a personalised approach to service & selling with both candidates and clients.
- + Working to a well-thought out “plan on a page” to deliver against client and candidate objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- + Utilising a variety of approaches and techniques to source and attract new candidates, whilst engaging and building upon your current candidate network.
- + Following commercial prospects and leads to convert business development opportunities to live roles.
- + Conducting both video and face to face meetings with candidates and clients including out of hours entertainment and networking such as lunches, dinners, evening network opportunities and conferences (including overnight travel on occasion).
- + Achievement of development objectives as set out in your quarterly career review with your manager.
