Security Officer

Hunter Group Security is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer / Concierge to work with one of our established hotel clients. This role combines general guarding duties with concierge responsibilities, requiring both vigilance and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general security guarding duties to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and premises
• Provide a welcoming and professional presence in line with the prestige of the establishment
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Report and respond to incidents in a timely manner
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests where needed

Requirements:

• Valid SIA licence (essential)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or concierge security (preferred but not essential)
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Holt, Norfolk (NR25, NR24)
