The predicted salary is between 21600 - 36000 £ per year.

  • Developing the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material.
  • Manage content for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube).
  • Producing relevant collateral/material for internal communications/employee engagement (such as team meeting summary, team tips, values screensaver/posters, email signatures, etc).
  • Organisation of regular events, such as client hospitality events.
  • Updating and developing the website through WordPress, including monitoring search engine optimisation
  • Preparing and distributing email marketing campaigns for clients/contacts.
  • Implementing GDPR and e-privacy compliant communications within the business.
  • Updating the database and management of the CRM system.
  • Draft award submissions.
  • Preparing content and writing blogs.
  • Produce Powerpoint presentations for use at events/webinars/meeting rooms.
  • Overseeing of the marketing budget.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a marketing role or a degree in Marketing (or a related field)
  • Understanding of social media management across all platforms
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • A creative eye and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Survey Monkey.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices.
  • Confident IT skills, with the ability to work effectively across a range of digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for marketing.
