  • Rate of Pay: £27ph umbrella

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of adults in a mental health service. In this role, you will:

  • perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • create and implement personalised care plans
  • deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a current and valid registration with Social Work England or HCPC (for OTs)
  • experience working in a mental health setting
  • ability to implement and monitor standards of care
  • experience providing clinical and managerial supervision
  • strong communication and teamworking skills

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
