What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of adults in a mental health service. In this role, you will:
- perform comprehensive patient assessments
- create and implement personalised care plans
- deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a current and valid registration with Social Work England or HCPC (for OTs)
- experience working in a mental health setting
- ability to implement and monitor standards of care
- experience providing clinical and managerial supervision
- strong communication and teamworking skills
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
