Location: Bromley, SE London

Duration: 3 months (with strong extension potential)

Schedule: Full-time preferred; part-time/flexible hours considered

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Join our team as a Band 6 Social Worker and play a key role in supporting the older adults with mental health needs across three integrated teams in Bromley.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Caseload holding in a specialist older adult mental health team.
  • Create and implement personalised care plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A current and valid SWE registration.
  • Experience working with adults or older adults in mental health services.
  • Strong communication and care planning skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced and integrated setting.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible working role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with part-time options considered. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
