Are you a Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a fulfilling permanent role in Central London? What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, the Occupational Therapist will play a vital part in helping children and young people (ages 0–18) with a wide range of needs—physical, developmental, social communication, and specific difficulties—engage in meaningful daily activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive, child-centred assessments
  • Developing and delivering individualised, evidence-based intervention plans
  • Supporting families and carers through tailored advice and strategies
  • Collaborating with education, health and social care professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Contributing to service development initiatives and continuous quality improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Proven experience in paediatric occupational therapy
  • Knowledge of a range of therapeutic approaches relevant to childhood development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A commitment to supporting children in achieving functional, meaningful outcomes

Working Pattern

This full-time role is offered Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday if preferred. The role offers stable, permanent employment with opportunities for professional development and progression.
