Are you a Prescribing Pharmacist looking for a hybrid locum role in West London?We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and hybrid working flexibility!

Job Title: Prescribing Pharmacist• Location: West London – GP Surgery• Duration: 6 Months• Schedule: 2 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote (Up to 5 Days/Week Available if wanted too)• Start Date: ASAP, September 2025• Rate of Pay: £33 – £36 per hour (via LTD) DOE• Contact: Alex Roberts – – (feel free to whatsapp me!) 

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our GP client's team as a Prescribing Pharmacist and contribute to improving patient outcomes in primary care. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct structured medication reviews

  • Provide prescribing support and advice

  • Support patient triage processes as required

  • Collaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to optimise care

  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Independent Prescriber qualification

  • Proven experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting

  • Competence in medication reviews and triaging

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • EMIS experience (preferred)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This flexible role offers hybrid working with options for:

  • Long days (8am–6:30pm), standard hours (9am–5pm), or late starts (10am–6pm)

  • A 6-month initial contract with potential for extension
