What You’ll Be Doing

Join our client's team as a Prescribing Pharmacist based in a busy GP Practice setting. In this role, you will:

• Support with medication reconciliation

• Perform CQC safety searches and audits

• Manage repeat prescriptions and medicines optimisation

• Ensure patient safety through effective prescribing practices

• Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid Independent Prescribing qualification

• Experience using EMIS clinical system

• Background in primary care, ideally in a GP setting

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Availability for on-site work in South West London

Working Hours & Contract Duration

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, requiring availability for 2 weekdays per week (9am–5pm). Exact days to be confirmed.The contract is for 2 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
