Location: Hereford – GP Surgery
Duration: 3–6 month contract
Schedule: 5 days per week (full-time)

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting safe and effective medicines use in primary care. In this role, you will:
Support repeat prescription management and medicines reconciliation.
Carry out audits and quality improvement work to enhance patient safety.
Provide medicines optimisation support for patients with long-term conditions.
Work closely with GPs, pharmacists, nurses and other staff to improve prescribing practices.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
Previous experience in a GP surgery, PCN or primary care setting (desirable).
Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a full-time locum role (5 days per week) on an initial 3–6 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
