Are you an RMN looking for a permanent role in Adults? We have an excellent opportunity within a Acute Inpatient Service in Hertfordshire, offering a stable, rewarding position with a great salary and work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join a specialist Adults Acute team and make a lasting impact supporting young people with complex mental health needs in a secure, therapeutic environment. In this role, you will:

Carry out full mental health and risk assessments for children and adolescents

Implement personalised care plans with a trauma-informed approach
-
Deliver 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions
-
Safely manage challenging behaviours using de-escalation techniques
-
Collaborate with families, schools, social workers, and CAMHS professionals

Maintain high-quality clinical records in line with NMC and organisational standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid NMC registration and Mental Health Nursing qualification

Experience working in CAMHS or with children and young people in mental health settings

Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills

A team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

A commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position across 7 days with flexibility where possible. This will be a long term position
