What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Paediatric OT in this specialist setting, you’ll support students aged 4–19 with a wide range of complex needs, including ASD, sensory processing difficulties, and global developmental delay. You’ll:

  • Conduct functional and sensory-based assessments

  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans

  • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Use evidence-based interventions to improve independence and access to learning

  • Support EHCP targets and contribute to annual reviews

  • Deliver both 1:1 and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs

? Requirements & Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • HCPC-registered as an Occupational Therapist

  • Experienced in working with ASD and/or severe learning disabilities (paediatric or SEN school experience preferred)

  • Confident in using sensory integration and functional life skills approaches

  • An excellent communicator who can work well within a multidisciplinary team

  • Passionate about enabling children to reach their full potential
