What You’ll Be Doing:Join our client's team as a GP Pharmacist and make a tangible difference in patient care. In this role, you will:

manage repeat prescriptions and medication queries

support long-term condition reviews and medication optimisation

work alongside the wider clinical team to ensure safe prescribing

update and maintain accurate records in EMIS

contribute to improving practice workflow and safety
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

strong EMIS experience

previous experience working in a GP surgery setting

excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

GPhC registration as a pharmacist
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a flexible locum opportunity. Any x3 weekdays per week. Working hours are 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch on Wednesdays). The role is ongoing, with long-term potential.
