Job Description
Are you a Band 6 or 7 Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist looking for a rewarding locum role in Crawley? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!
- Job Title:Â Paediatric SEN (SEMH, ADHD & ASD) SLT (Band 7 equivalent)
- Location:Â Crawley
- Duration: 1 Year, Term Time Only
- Schedule:Â 2-3 Days per week, (term time only)
- Start Date:Â September 2025
- End Date: July / August 2026
- Rate of Pay: £35-£55ph Umbrella or LTD (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as an SLT and make a real difference in the lives of pupils in both primary & secondary school, with ASD and / or SEMH in Crawley by performing comprehensive assessments, creating personalised care plans, delivering evidence-based treatments, completing EHCP assessments, and staying up to date with industry best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Current and valid HCPC registration.
- Experience working within Paediatrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requires availability 2-5 days per week from Mon-Fri with flexibility where possible. The contract is until July 2026 with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
