What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with minor ailments and hypertension. In this role, you will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments

create and implement personalised care plans

deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

a current and valid HCPC registration

experience working with minor ailments and hypertension

strong communication and interpersonal skills

the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible hybrid position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with some remote working. The contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
