What You’ll Be Doing:
- Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Children and Young People. In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Create and implement personalised care plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Visit patients out in the community
Requirements & Qualifications:
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid NMC registration and pin
- Experience working with working age adults in the community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Access to a car for community/home visits
- Strong CAMHS experience (at least 1 year) or a willingness to learn
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday - Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 to 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
