Duration: 3 - 6 months ongoing

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5

Rate of Pay: £25 - £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Children and Young People. In this role, you will:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Create and implement personalised care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Visit patients out in the community

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current and valid NMC registration and pin
  • Experience working with working age adults in the community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Access to a car for community/home visits
  • Strong CAMHS experience (at least 1 year) or a willingness to learn

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday - Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 to 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
