• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 8a)

• Location: Lancashire - easily commutable from Merseyside

• Duration: 12-month maternity cover

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

In this specialist role, you'll:

• Take ownership of clinical pharmacy services across maternity, gynae and paediatric wards

• Be the clinical lead for Women's, Children's & Neonatology - supporting staff and fielding advanced queries

• Work closely with MDTs to improve outcomes for vulnerable patient groups

• Support and guide rotational pharmacists, sharing your expertise

• Lead on governance initiatives, driving quality and safety across your service area

What You'll Need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

• Significant hospital experience - ideally in paeds, women's health, and neonatology

• Excellent clinical knowledge and confidence managing complex queries

• Strong communication skills and a team-first approach

• Passion for improving patient care and supporting NHS excellence

? 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
