Are you a Biomedical Scientist specializing in Microbiology/Bacteriology looking for a high-paying locum role in London? We are currently recruiting a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist to join a leading NHS Infection & Immunity department specialising in Bacteriology. Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in reading routine microbiology specimens, including:
- Urines
- Routine swabs
- High vaginal swabs (HVS)
- Priority swabs
- Blood cultures
- Urgent fluid samples
- Enteric PCR testing
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with BD Kiestra automated microbiology systems
