What You’ll Be Doing
Join a dynamic and supportive EIS team providing specialist care to individuals aged 14–65 experiencing first-episode psychosis. Key responsibilities include:

Completing thorough mental health and risk assessments

Coordinating care and treatment under CPA
-
Delivering early intervention, relapse prevention and psychoeducation

Supporting families and carers as part of the recovery journey

Working closely with the wider MDT and external agencies
Requirements

Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC registration required)
-
Recent experience in a community mental health setting, preferably EIS or CMHT
-
Strong assessment, care planning and documentation skills

Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Working Hours & Contract Details

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
